As Chief of the Calgary Police Service, he championed efficient budgeting, saving millions annually, while managing a team of over 2900 sworn and civilian staff. Partnering with key city and provincial bodies, he ensured optimized service delivery and advanced technology use.
Roger's leadership ethos focused on conflict resolution and upholding public trust. He consistently prioritized accountability, especially within corporate and governmental structures. Having spent his final years in executive roles, including three as Chief, Roger has left an indelible mark on Alberta's policing landscape. Now a co-lead consultant and Executive Coach, his expertise in police operations and progressive reforms make him a key figure in public safety and a top consultant for Vital Asset Risk Management.
With 32 years in policing, Bob is renowned for his deep knowledge of HR protocols, organizational frameworks, workplace probes, and leadership cultivation techniques. During his tenure as Deputy Chief of the Calgary Police Service, he was at the forefront of the HR Bureau. This role saw him overseeing various segments, from conventional HR practices and occupational health protocols to the wellness programs at the Chief Crowfoot Training Centre.

Stacy is a seasoned HR and operations leader, known for her exceptional relationship-building skills, conflict resolution, and customer service in both public and private sectors. As the Human Resources Manager at Sysco Canada, Stacy oversees HR operations across multiple sites, handling recruitment, retention, onboarding, coaching, legislative compliance, and workforce planning. She adeptly manages Collective Agreements, conducts internal investigations, and leverages data analytics for HR strategies.
Prior to Sysco, Stacy contributed her expertise to Alberta Health Services, addressing complex HR challenges like labour relations and policy development. She also showcased leadership as a Crew Supervisor at K.C. Landscaping and Maintenance, emphasizing health and safety standards. Stacy graduated from Mount Royal University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and holds a General Studies Diploma. As a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), she was recognized on the Dean's Honor Roll during her studies. Barry boasts a distinguished career that spans over three decades with the Calgary Police Service, culminating in his retirement as an Inspector. His vast experience and expertise were prominently displayed during his tenure as the head of the Anti-Corruption Unit. This pivotal role saw him delve deep into the complex world of internal investigations, particularly those related to allegations and accusations of Justice and law enforcement corruption and intimidation files.
Following his time with the Calgary Police Service, Barry took on another significant role, serving as the Director of the Government of Alberta’s Criminal Intelligence Service of Alberta (CISA). This position placed him at the helm of crime intelligence management across the province, ensuring its effectiveness and efficiency. Barry's leadership played a crucial part in realizing the overarching objectives of both the Criminal Intelligence Service Canada and the broader Alberta Law Enforcement Community.

Thomas brings a unique skill set to the team, with a specialization in data analysis & business intelligence. As the former lead analyst for the People, Strategy and Analytics Bureau Resource Team at the Calgary Police Service, Thomas has built a reputation for providing data and insights in practical and thoughtful ways to inform decision-making with reliable evidence.
He currently works as a senior corporate analyst for the Town of Okotoks, supporting major organizational objectives such as IT strategy and workforce analytics, while also serving as the Accreditation Manager for the Okotoks Fire & Rescue Service.
As a Fire Service Executive Leader, Trevor boasts an impressive four-decade career in fire services, holding pivotal roles in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and internationally. Recognized for his unwavering commitment to public safety, he has made significant contributions to Alberta's fire service initiatives.
Educationally, Trevor has earned a Master's Degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University and an MBA from Henley Business School (UK). He also holds a Diploma in Management from the University of Leicester.
Active on both national and provincial fronts, Trevor is a board member of the Canadian Association of Fire Chiefs and the Institution of Fire Engineers. In Alberta, he's is a executive board member, and leads the urban municipalities (unionized fire depts) group for the Alberta Fire Chiefs Association. Trevor is also involved internationally with the Commission of Fire Accreditation International. Trevor's dedication has earned him the procedure award of Fellow (FIFireE) from the Institution of Fire Engineers, and in 2022, he received the Queen's Elizabeth 2nd Platinum Jubilee medal for his outstanding service.
Currently, he is the Fire Chief and Director of Emergency Management for the Town of Okotoks, Alberta. Previously, he has served in strategic positions as the Fire Chief and Director of Protective Services for the City of North Battleford Deputy Fire Commissioner for the Government of Alberta and Deputy Fire Chief Regina Fire & Protective Services and numerous times in UK fire and rescue services. Trevor's transformational leadership has enhanced operational efficiency, fostered teamwork, and driven innovative fire safety approaches, with a consistent emphasis on integrity and community engagement. He retired as a highly decorated police officer, renowned for his expertise in various facets of policing, from frontline patrolling to specialized tactical and undercover operations. His career in law enforcement was defined by his roles in high-risk warrant enforcement, offender management, and as a police explosive technician.
Post-retirement, Mike transitioned into the private sector, founding an investigative security company that specializes in protecting high-value oil and gas production sites in Alberta’s oilfields. His company is at the forefront of safeguarding critical infrastructure, utilizing his extensive experience in risk assessment and site evaluation. He adeptly employs his skills in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), enhancing his ability to craft environments that effectively deter criminal activity.
Mike’s strategic approach includes deploying advanced surveillance and tracking technologies. His collaboration with law enforcement agencies has led to numerous successful joint operations, significantly contributing to regional safety and security. His transition showcases his adaptability, continuous dedication to community welfare, and his unwavering commitment to protecting valuable resources and infrastructure.
